Commercial Interior Design

Every project begins with a conversation. Whether that's at our Kibworth design studio or at your business premises, it's an opportunity to get to know you, your business and what you're hoping to achieve.

We'll talk through your brand, how the space is currently used, what's working and what could be improved. From creating a welcoming customer experience to making better use of the space for your team, understanding both the practical requirements and the overall vision is an important starting point.

We'll visit your premises to take measurements, photographs and get a better understanding of the existing space.

We'll look at the layout, architectural features, lighting and how the space functions day to day, identifying opportunities to improve the flow, functionality and overall experience. For new premises or spaces still in development, we can also work from architectural drawings.

This is where your ideas begin to take shape. Taking everything we've discussed, we'll develop an initial design direction that reflects your brand and the experience you want to create.

Depending on your project, this may include moodboards, proposed layouts, material samples and 3D visuals to help you imagine how the finished space could look and feel.

We'll present the designs together, explore options, and gather your feedback before moving to the next stage.

Once the overall concept is agreed, we'll begin developing the finer details that bring the scheme together.

From lighting, furniture and finishes to bespoke joinery, reception desks, display cabinetry and practical storage, we'll carefully consider every element to create a cohesive and functional space.

We'll also prepare the relevant drawings, specifications and schedules needed to communicate the designs clearly to your contractors, making sure the finished space reflects the agreed vision.

With the designs finalised, we can help coordinate the next stages, from ordering furniture and finishes to working alongside contractors and specialist suppliers.

We regularly collaborate with a trusted network of skilled tradespeople and are equally happy to work alongside your own team.

We understand the importance of minimising disruption to your business, so we'll work with you and your contractors to plan the installation around your requirements wherever possible.

The final stage is seeing all the carefully considered details come together.

From furniture placement and lighting to artwork, accessories and those final finishing touches, we can help bring everything together to create a welcoming, professional space that feels complete.

Our aim is to create an interior that not only makes a lasting impression, but feels right for your business, your team and the people who visit.
