Once the property is sold, furnishings can be included in the sale, offered to buyers separately or retained for future developments.

    We can also coordinate procurement, deliveries and installation, bringing everything together ready for professional photography, marketing and viewings.

Our Design Process

    Where possible, we'll visit the property to understand the layout, architectural features and opportunities to enhance each space.

  • Taking everything we've discussed, we'll develop an initial design direction that complements the character and architecture of the property.

    This may include moodboards, furniture layouts, colour palettes, material selections and key furnishing ideas to help you visualise how the spaces could look and feel.

    We'll work closely with you to refine the scheme and establish a clear direction before sourcing begins.

  • Once the overall design is agreed, we'll carefully source furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork and decorative accessories to bring the scheme together.

    Depending on the project, this may also include bespoke furniture, upholstery and made-to-measure window dressings.

    We'll provide an itemised furnishing schedule and purchasing budget for approval, ensuring the selections work together both aesthetically and practically.
